Mentorship
Our mentorship programs have positively impacted the lives of many individuals, helping them overcome obstacles, achieve their goals, and become leaders in their communities. By investing in mentorship, MGDI is nurturing the next generation of change-makers and contributing to the sustainable development of communities.
Empowering the Next Generation of Environmental Leaders
To inspire young minds and guide them towards fulfilling careers in environmental
management, MGDI assisted Grade 9 learners in the Eastern Cape with subject selection for Grade 10. This initiative aimed to improve academic performance and employment opportunities in the region.
A total of 20 learners from Uviwe Secondary School in Scenery Park and Zinzani High
School in Mdantsane NU 5 benefited from the project. By providing career guidance and subject advice, MGDI empowered these young individuals to make informed decisions that align with their aspirations and contribute to a sustainable future.
